Petr and Veronika Tichy are part of Betel WEC

and work with men and women recovering from addictions in the Czech Republic. Betel’s mission is to bring long-term freedom and restoration to lives broken by drug and alcohol abuse through living and working together in a caring Christian community.

have been partnered through the Diocesan-Uganda link for many years and Holy Trinity have been supporting their new church build. Chief warden Alexis Abonga is delighted to report that the roof is now secured on the church and they are working on the next stage of the build.

Dennis and Charmian Arevalo run a local church in Lima Peru

working with tribal groups in the Amazon Rainforest, supporting women escaping human trafficking, running a housing shelter for Venezuelan refugees and a job creation ministry to help refugees become self-supporting.

Chris Parkman was curate at Holy Trinity with Saint Stephen’s for three years and is now a self-supporting minister in France. Chris and his wife, Sarah, live in the community of A Roche which is active in nature protection studies, environmental conservation, and education activities.


Changing Tunes

is a local music and mentoring charity supporting prisoners and ex-prisoners to help lead meaningful and crime-free lives. Ex-offender H, wrote: “Thanks to Changing Tunes I’ve found a direction and worth beyond anything I thought possible.”

Simeon’s Trustees

Charles Simeon (1759-1836) was an evangelical clergyman who founded the church patronage trust that became Simeon’s Trustees with interest in 180 benefices across England and in many dioceses. Holy Trinity is one of six Bristol churches that come under their patronage as Trustees.
