Good Morning & welcome all to our virtual Sunday Gathering

Vicar Lee will be leading our Pentecost Sunday Communion service this morning. There will be talks, reflecting on Pentecost, from Peru & Uganda (as well as prayer, singing, stillness and a virtual communion) all streamed Live on Facebook at 10:30am.

Update: a recording of our Facebook Live service has now been added below

****Here’s a link to the full video (with missing sound) from: Charmian in Lima, Peru.****

The words for the service will be on the screen for you to follow along this week. A copy of these words (liturgy) are in the booklet linked below.

Our bible readings for today are Acts 2.1-21 & John 7.37-39

If you are watching with family or housemates then we encourage you to take a few moments to chat about what you hear today. If you are watching alone then maybe you could make contact with 1 or 2 others over WhatsApp or even a Zoom call, with a coffee in hand - much like you would do most Sunday mornings.

LIGHT UP THE WORLD IN PRAYER

TKC light up the world.jpg

Jesus Christ is the light of the world and we are called to be the light of the world as we bear His image.

On the Thy Kingdom Come website there is a map of the world, where you can add your commitment to pray. As each of us does this a light populates the map. Will you play your part, as we pray for the light of Christ to penetrate the darkness across the globe?

There are many other ways that you can get involved with this global prayer movement, find out more on the Thy Kingdom Come in Lockdown page.
