From Oct 24th to Nov 21st we have been exploring the theme of DIFFERENCE in our Sunday morning gatherings.
This initiative recommended by Archbishop Justin Welby originated through his passion to see the Church equipped to be a reconciling presence in a complex and divided world. He has brought together leading thinkers and peacemakers to create a 5-session course that explores how we can follow Jesus in our everyday relationships and covers subjects such as God’s call on our lives, crossing the divides, disagreeing well, and practicing forgiveness as part of our everyday discipleship.
2 Corinthians 5 says: God has committed to us the message of reconciliation. Reconciliation is in the DNA of a disciple but the world we live in is complex and overwhelming. Despite our good intentions, relationships can be difficult. What’s more, we live in a world where we see inequality, and injustice.
